After a phone conversation with one potential florist I have a better idea of what I think I want...I want to stick with blue and white flowers and here are some of my ideas (so far).
My bouquet- I like this bouquet from Martha Stewart Weddings (white poppy anemones with dark blue centers)

Sisters- something blue- maybe these deep blue hydrangeas and white peonies (from onlinetip.com a plant guide)
Ceremony-
bunches of blue hydrangeas every third row tied to the chair
Centerpieces-
I want to have two different types centerpieces, repeated around the room. We are going to have one long 'head' table with families down the center of the room and then smaller round tables. The long table with have three of one arrangement and two of the other.
I don't have photos but a conceptual idea of what I want so bear with me.
Type one- taller cylinder vases with deep blue hydrangeas one a mirror surrounded by small candles
Type two- three vases (of different heights) each with white flowers in them (feathered tulips, peonies, Gerber daisies, ranunculus, etc)
